TE HARI PROJECT

Te Hari Project
The Happiness Project
There is no path to happiness: happiness is the path.
- Buddha

who we are
‘Hari’ is Maori for 'happiness' and we, Te Hari (The Happiness) Project, wish our members and community to reach their full potential in life and to experience joy and happiness in whatever they do.

Te Hari Project has been created to provide mind, body, and soul shelter through our services, resources and advocacy support.

We are committed to providing our members and community with ways to support and empower adolescents and young adults to reach their full potential.
what we do
The project may engage in activities and pursuits in the promotion and encouragement of education and learning, health and wellbeing, lifestyle solutions, and the enhancement of the individual man, woman and child.

We may collaborate and co-operate with other like projects.
Our resources are sustainable and environmentally sound, and we ensure our services are also available to local members, communities and those in need.

offerings
fund sourcing
Our community sources funds from holding events and workshops, one-on-one advocacy and support sessions, Neuroenergetic Kinesiology consultations and / or counselling using Neurolinguistic Programming, administrative help for those who need guidance to run their own wellness projects for our members and community.
contributions
All contributions raised go towards more community projects and tools to primarily empower adolescents and young adults in their life balance needs.
I don’t have to chase extraordinary moments to find happiness – it’s right in front of me if I’m paying attention and practicing gratitude.
- Brene Brown
